Bahan:
350gr Ati ampela. Cuci bersih dan potong2 sesuai selera. Rebus dan buang airx. Tiriskan.
1btg serai
1bh tomat potong2
1sdt Gula
1/2sdt Garam
100ml air
2sdm kecap manis
Kol secukupnya iris memanjang
Minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Halus :
8 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
4 cabe merah besar
4 cabe rawit
2 cm jahe
2 butir kemiri sangrai
1/2sdt merica
1 sdm petis udang

Cara Membuat :
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
Masukkan ati ampela, aduk hingga rata.
Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit, kecap manis, garam dan gula. Masukkan tomat dan test rasa hingga rasanya pas sesuai selera.
Aduk rata, masak hingga matang dan air menyusut.
Angka, taburi dengan bawang goreng dan siap disajikan.
