Es Dawet/ Es Cendol

Bahan cendol:
250gr tepung beras (rice flour)
50gr tepung Hun Kwe
Pasta pandan secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
1sdt vanili
5 gelas air

Bahan saus gula merah:
500gr gula merah
1lembar daun pandan
Air secukupnya

Bahan kuah santan:
200ml santan kara
500ml air
Garam secukupnya
1lembar pandan

Cara membuat cendol :
Aduk smua bahan jd 1 lalu tambahkan air, masak dipanci dgn api sedang sambil terus diaduk, masak sampai mengental mengkilat dan meletup letup. Matikan
Siapkan air matang dan es batu yg banyak didalam baskom besar, tuangkan perlahan adonan cendol kedalam cetakan cendol yg dibawahnya ditaruh baskom berisi air es, tekan perlahan adonan sampai habis dan pastikan masuk kedalam baskom air es. Simpan dikulkas

Cara membuat saus gula merah:
Masak smua bahan dipanci kecil sampai mengental,dinginkan.

Cara membuat kuah santan:
Masak smua bahan sampai mendidih sambil trus diaduk. Dinginkan

Sajikan dengan buah nangka dipotong dadu atau durian dan es batu.
